Pick a time. That’s it.
A booking page that checks your live calendar, speaks every timezone and never asks invitees to sign up. Open source.
100% free, open source alternative to Calendly, Acuity Scheduling and SavvyCal
Free and open source, MIT licensed.
For invitees: No accounts. No back-and-forth.
Invitees pick a day, see up to five suggested times, each with the reason it was picked, and book in their own timezone without an account. If plans change, the private link in their confirmation lets them reschedule or cancel.
For you: Checked at the moment it counts.
When someone confirms, Dial reads your calendar again and books the time only if it is still free, and each time can be booked only once. If your calendar can’t be read, Dial offers no times rather than guess. Weekly windows, date overrides, buffers, minimum notice, a daily limit and daylight saving are all handled for you.
Everything a booking needs.
The calendar event, the meeting link, the emails and the reminders come with every booking, so there is nothing to piece together.
Google Calendar and Meet
Busy times block availability, and each booking lands on your calendar, with a Meet link when you choose Meet.
Calendar files
Every confirmation offers an .ics file, so invitees on any calendar can add the booking.
Honest email
Confirmations and changes say what actually happened. If the meeting link isn’t ready yet, the email says so, and one more email brings it.
24-hour and 1-hour reminders
Invitees and your team hear from Dial a day before and an hour before.
Let them ask for another time.
When none of the times work, invitees send you the dates and windows that suit them. Nothing is reserved until you book one, and they hear back by email.
Yours to run, yours to change.
You hold the data, the look and the code, and nothing phones home.
Your install
One Worker with its database, file storage and queues.
Export your data
Every booking, answer and setting in a local install goes into one private archive.
Restore it whole
Import that archive into a fresh, empty install, with new sign-ins and nothing replayed.
